The cohort follows CMS Philadelphia postal addresses, not municipal or county boundaries. Counts retain unresolved status conflicts. Coverage does not mean every facility has received the same research review.

Read dates in context

The CMS dataset-modification date describes the source file. A reporting period describes the measurements. Broadline’s record version can also change when operational metadata is updated; it is not a new factual verification.

Original sources

CMS, Pennsylvania Department of Health, Philadelphia government, and official provider and employer records. Each finding identifies the source that supports it.

RECENT RESEARCH

Inside the research

Inspect a real finding: the facility, saved record values, source dates and limits.

View all updates

What do the evidence labels mean?
Verified
Supported by the identified source, within its dates and limits. It does not mean present conditions were just confirmed.
Needs verification
Important details have not been confirmed.
Historical
Evidence about a past period, not proof of current conditions.
Analysis
Broadline’s interpretation, kept separate from the source fact.
Insufficient evidence
There is not enough supported information to assess the question.

Research categories are separate: Act requires current supported action; Watch is research context; Verify requires more evidence. Watch is not an alert subscription, an emergency or a confirmed business opportunity.

The Broadline standard

How the research works

Begin with the original public record. Keep its dates and scope visible. Separate the reported fact from interpretation.

  1. Read the source. Identify the facility, the original record and its relevant dates.
  2. Explain the finding. Show the supported change and separate interpretation from the source fact.
  3. Keep the limits visible. Identify missing evidence and what needs further inquiry.

Public records do not establish current staffing demand, a buying decision or a facility’s present condition. Read the methodology

Why Broadline

Context before
the conversation.

Public facility information is spread across records with different dates and purposes. Broadline Intelligence brings those records together so nursing staffing agencies can inspect the evidence, understand its limitations and prepare better-informed questions.

A more considered next step

Start with
the evidence.

Preview the public research and review the planned membership. New membership signup is paused while payment setup is completed. An inquiry does not create an account, start a trial or authorize payment.

CMS chain groupings and secondary-source affiliations retain their labels. Unresolved links are not merged into an operating family.

Membership and account access

New membership signup is paused while payment setup is completed. Explore the public research sample while Broadline prepares the account and subscription launch.

Planned membership

7 days free, then $150 USD for your first paid month and $250 USD per month after that, until you cancel. This is the planned offer; new paid subscriptions are not open on this website.

At launch, create and verify your account, choose the trial, and explicitly agree to its payment and cancellation terms. A payment method is required. Creating an account alone does not start a trial or authorize a charge.

After successful sign-in and trial setup, your account returns you to the research workspace. Billing, cancellation, account security and support remain available when research access is paused.

Private account testing is restricted to authorized testers. Test payments do not charge real money.

Research included with authorized access

  • Facility research across 47 CMS-cohort records with Philadelphia postal addresses.
  • Full findings, evidence histories and authorized research exports.
  • A dated sample brief with source links and a next research question. Private rankings and bespoke dossiers are not included.

Research does not guarantee vacancies, staffing contracts or agency demand. Weekly research email delivery is not active.

Inquiry and investigation privacy

Information you submit

Broadline Intelligence collects your name, email, organization, question, selected facility, optional context, proposed corrections, permission to reply and submission time when you send this form.

Account reference

For a research inquiry submitted while signed in, we also store the account reference and account email supplied by research-review sign-in. Broadline Intelligence uses these to match an access request to the correct account. They do not prove employment or grant access.

How your request is used

Purpose: Broadline Intelligence reviews requests to discuss research access and respond to your questions. Submitting is not a subscription or purchase.

Private storage and access

Storage and access: Requests are stored in the website’s private database through its hosting provider. The public website has no route for reading inquiry records. They are excluded from public data exports, PDFs, workbooks and review packs.

Your choices

Your choices: You can ask to correct or delete your inquiry through the same form, or by replying if Broadline Intelligence contacts you. Please use the email associated with the original request so ownership can be checked. Retention and deletion are handled by the owner; no automatic deletion deadline is promised.

Information to leave out

Do not send patient data, financial credentials or confidential business records. The site keeps your watchlist on your own device; inquiry details are not stored in browser storage.

Browser storage and tracking

Browser storage and tracking: Broadline saves watchlists, filters, research perspective and viewed-version markers on your device. Its application code does not add advertising or third-party analytics trackers. ChatGPT sign-in and the hosting platform may use their own authentication and operational technologies; their behavior has not been independently audited here. Submitting a form is separate from these device preferences.

Weekly email consent

Weekly-brief requests are stored privately with the exact consent text, time and request reference. Delivery remains disabled until the sender and first issue are approved. We do not add inquiry contacts to this list. Your private withdrawal link stops all current signup requests for the same address; the consent and withdrawal records remain in the private audit history. Do not share that link. Before any delivery, the owner must confirm the address, deduplicate recipients and include a working unsubscribe link. No signup data appears in public or pilot downloads.

What the evidence can tell you

Public evidence and its limits

Broadline uses public primary sources and identifies reporting periods, source dates and evidence limitations. Sources can be incomplete, delayed or revised. A verified fact is supported within its stated scope; a research hypothesis still needs testing.

Historical staffing and employer records

CMS Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ) reports paid staffing hours for an earlier calendar quarter. Contract hours are historical utilization, not current vacancies, staffing shortfalls or confirmed agency purchasing demand. Employer job postings describe recruitment at the time checked; they do not establish agency interest.

What inclusion does not imply

A facility’s inclusion or research tier is not a claim of wrongdoing, poor management, financial distress, closure or care quality. Broadline guarantees neither a vacancy nor a staffing contract. Unknown values remain unknown.

Different dates, different meanings

Publication dates, reporting periods, first observations, factual verification and record-version updates have different meanings. A refreshed interface or successful metadata check does not reverify every fact. Timestamps display Philadelphia time; date-only source fields retain their source calendar date.

Reported associations and geographic scope

CMS-reported owner and management relationships are reported associations, not automatically beneficial ownership. The Philadelphia coverage list uses the CMS postal-city field; it does not independently establish current operating status.

Corrections & contact

For account, subscription, or general support, email broadlineintelligence@gmail.com.

Open the private inquiry form to contact Broadline Intelligence. No account is needed. The form opens on a separate page.

For a factual correction, include the facility name and CCN, the exact statement or field, the requested correction, the relevant reporting period and a primary evidence URL. Do not send patient information or confidential records.

Identity and professional-contact corrections can use the facility’s correction link. For staffing numbers, source dates or other factual issues, use the general inquiry form and start your question with “Factual correction.”

Requests are recorded privately for review. Submission does not change a verified record automatically. The review keeps the previous value, supporting evidence, decision and correction history. A receipt confirms storage, not a guaranteed response time or notification delivery.
